New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday postponed its order on an application filed application against Union Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani for allegedly providing wrong information about her educational qualification affidavits filed with the Election Commission till June 24.

The decision whether the application will be taken or not will be pronounced on June 24.

Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain had adjourned the matter till June 1 after fining the complainant for non-appearance.

The complainant has allegedly deposed before the Election Commission of India, while filing nominations that Smriti Irani had provided ‘false information’.
